Tracy Franck

Although Tracy Franck is from California, she relocated her family to Frederick County in 1994 and now considers Frederick City her hometown. She started selling Real Estate in 1995 and joined Jim to form the Jim Bass Group the next year. She raised her two children in the area and volunteered locally in the schools and sports programs as well as being a founding board member of “Team Hope” a non-profit group that raises money to help uninsured and underinsured community members get free breast cancer screenings and services. She also walked in the Susan G. Komen 60 mile 3-day walk 3 times for breast cancer research.

Tracy feels fortunate that her kids and grandkids call Frederick County home. She loves to entertain her family and friends and enjoys cooking, traveling and fine wines, having gained knowledge from her years in Northern California and having worked at a local winery for over 10 years.

Tracy loves helping people, whether first time homebuyers, move-up buyers or down-sizers, and being a resource for families relocating to Maryland and Pennsylvania. She also has a broad knowledge of farm lands in the area and can help buyers with the process of building a home. Investors come to her for her knowledge of pricing properties to ensure that they will meet their “return on investment” goals.
