John Camacho

John is a lifelong Maryland resident. He was born in Montgomery County, MD and then moved to Frederick County, MD when he was eight years old with his family and older sister. Growing up, John was very involved in athletics. After high school John graduated with a degree in marketing and a minor in information technology from Salisbury University. Throughout college, John continued in athletic pursuits playing soccer and rugby, and obtained an internship with Atlantic Shores Realty.

John credits his internship with giving him the hands-on experience into the real estate world that motivated him to pursue a further career in it. After graduating college, John returned to Frederick County. He continued educating himself and acquiring experience, working as a marketing director for a commercial firm and proceeding to work in different aspects of sales, then obtaining his Maryland real estate license in 2021.

John establishes a great relationship by listening to clients’ needs and goals, and takes great care in educating every client about the current conditions of the real estate market so they feel well informed and confident. As a member of the Jim Bass Group and a dedicated Buyer’s Agent he takes pride in ensuring he represents his clients’ best interests in every step of the process. Being an advocate for clients, and a source of knowledge of the industry and negotiation skills, allows John to be a great asset to our team of Buyer Agents and exceed expectations for great service every time.

Outside of real estate, John enjoys going to the gym and continuing his passion for athletics and wellness by volunteering with the Volo Sports group that helps fund children’s athletics. He is an avid Baltimore sports fan and enjoys spending time with his Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wayne. John is also passionate about music, an interest he has had since a young age, and plays the guitar.
