Kim Lund, | Jim Bass Group of Real Estate Teams, LLC

Kim Lund joined The Jim Bass Group in 1999. After traveling around the world with her husband, enlisted in the Air Force at the time, Kim was happy to return home to Maryland bringing her back close to family and friends.

Kim has worked just about every position on the team, and currently oversees our clients contracts as the Transactions Manager. Kim ensures that all of our contracts move along smoothly from start to finish, allowing our clients to rest at ease knowing they have a true real estate expert managing their file.

Kim and her family live in Lake Linganore, and have been proud residents of the area for over 20 years. Kim loves spending time with her family, which includes two amazing sons and her dog Hank. She loves watching her son play lacrosse; she also loves skiing, traveling, or simply relaxing on her patio watching football by the fire pit.

Kim not only brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, but she also brings a lot of heart! Kim truly wishes the best for our clients and works hard to ensure they enjoy the process of buying or selling a home with our team.
